Church Leadership Development International (CLDI) was founded with a singular focus: to provide non-formal continuing education to pastoral leaders in Eurasia. For nearly three decades, we have organized regional conferences, leadership institutes, and translated essential ministry resources, engaging qualified seminary professors to equip national leaders.
However, the full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022 marked a turning point. While our commitment to leadership development remained, the context changed drastically. The pastors we trained were suddenly serving communities in crisis.
We adapted instantly. Today, CLDI bridges the gap between urgent humanitarian aid and long-term spiritual development. We don’t just send supplies; we equip the very pastors standing on the frontlines to be pillars of their communities.
For over 30 years, Craig Ludrick has served as the president of CLDI. Since the beginning of the war, Craig has not led from a distance. He personally coordinates humanitarian aid, making regular trips to frontline and war-affected regions to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with Ukrainian pastors. His hands-on leadership ensures that every dollar donated makes a direct impact where it is needed most.
