Strengthening Churches. Serving the Vulnerable. Sharing the Hope.
For over 30 years, Church Leadership Development International (CLDI) has been dedicated to the mission of “Equipping Pastors — Impacting Lives.” Through leadership training, conferences, and long-term partnerships, we have strengthened churches across the globe.
Since the full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022, our ministry has expanded to meet the critical needs of the war-torn region. Working directly through trusted local pastors, we combine practical humanitarian relief with spiritual encouragement. This partnership ensures that aid reaches those who need it most—delivered with integrity, accountability, and the love of Christ.

Clean Water Through Local Churches
In many cities where infrastructure has been damaged or destroyed by war, access to drinking water is a critical daily struggle. We install industrial-grade water filtration systems directly inside local churches, creating accessible “water points” for the entire community.
For many neighborhoods, these systems are the only source of safe, free drinking water. By turning churches into centers of life-giving resources, we meet a desperate physical need while opening doors for spiritual connection. Your support helps us install more of these life-saving systems across Ukraine.
Food Assistance for War-Affected Families
Local churches have become hubs of hope, distributing vital food packages to displaced families, the elderly, and those living near the front lines who cannot leave their homes.
Since the first days of the invasion, CLDI has coordinated the shipment of food into areas facing acute shortages. Our network of pastors ensures this aid reaches the most vulnerable. Every food package delivered is an opportunity to share a meal, a prayer, and the hope of the Gospel with people living in uncertainty.
Winter Relief & Emergency Support
War leaves many families facing freezing winters without heating, electricity, or proper shelter. CLDI stands with these families by providing wood-burning stoves, heaters, thermal blankets, and warm clothing to help them survive the harshest months.
Beyond seasonal relief, we maintain a readiness to respond to immediate emergencies. This includes providing hygiene kits, non-food essential items, and transportation assistance for those needing to evacuate dangerous zones. We strive to bring warmth—both physical and spiritual—to those who have lost so much.
Supporting Local Churches & Pastors
Pastors and church leaders are the spiritual and humanitarian “first responders” in their communities. To keep them effective, they need support, rest, and resources. We are committed to equipping these leaders through regional conferences, non-formal education, and ministry resources.
By investing in the leaders, we strengthen the entire church to serve its community for the long haul. Our support ensures that pastors have the training and encouragement they need to continue ministering to their congregations and neighbors amidst the chaos of war.
